1. How we think about trust
Anthedon licenses, implements and supports MAIUMAS products for U.S. customers. They run work where failure is costly, such as donations, compliance, finance and institutional decisions, so security and accountability are designed in from the start.
2. Security built into the design
2.1 Separation between organizations
Data belonging to one organization is kept apart from every other organization on the platform.
2.2 Least-privilege access
Each person and service receives only the access its role requires. Your organization controls its own roles.
2.3 Encryption
The platform was designed with encryption from its earliest code, rather than having it fitted later.
2.4 A single, secure sign-in
Anthedon ID provides one account for every product, and larger organizations can use single sign-on (SSO).
3. Audit trail and accountability
The audit log records each important action, along with who took it and when. Once an entry is written it cannot be altered, and your organization can export the log for internal reviews, outside auditors or regulators.
4. AI used responsibly
- No single vendor. You pick the AI model provider, and no product is tied to one supplier.
- Each AI action is recorded, including the model used and the person who reviewed it.
- Humans decide. AI can draft, suggest and summarize; decisions need a person's approval.
- Ethics review comes first. Every AI feature is assessed for ethical risk before development starts.

6. Privacy and U.S. law
We sign a service provider agreement with every customer, as U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA require. Details: anthedongroup.com/privacy and /terms.

7. Reporting a security issue
Send security findings to [email protected]. Under responsible disclosure, we acknowledge your report, look into it and update you until it is fixed.
8. Status page
At launch, a status page will show real-time availability for each product we provide.
