Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
1. Who we are
Anthedon LLC ("Anthedon," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wyoming limited liability company that provides digital marketing and lead generation services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, sell, and protect personal information, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.
2. Scope and notice at collection
This policy applies to anthedongroup.com and to any website, form, or communication that we operate and that links to this policy, including websites we operate under other brand names. It also serves as our notice at collection: the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use them, whether we sell or share them, and how long we keep them are described in Sections 3 to 5 and Section 11.
This policy does not apply to the websites or services of the businesses we connect you with. Those businesses have their own privacy practices.
3. Personal information we collect
| Category | Examples | Sources |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email address, phone number, IP address, device identifiers | You; your device |
| Customer records | Postal address, ZIP code | You |
| Commercial information | The service you request and its details, such as moving date, origin and destination, and home size | You |
| Internet or electronic network activity | Pages viewed, referring website, browser type, interactions with our forms and ads | Your device, through cookies and similar technologies |
| Approximate geolocation | City or ZIP-level location derived from your IP address or ZIP code | Your device; you |
| Consent records | Date and time of your consent, the consent text shown to you, and a recording of your session on our form | Your device, through a third-party consent verification provider |
| Professional information | Business contact details of representatives of companies that work with us | Business partners |
We do not collect sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or health information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose.
4. How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- Connect you with businesses that can provide the service you requested;
- Verify your contact details and detect fraud, bots, and duplicate requests;
- Contact you about your request by phone, text message, or email, as you agreed;
- Keep records of your consent and comply with legal obligations;
- Operate, secure, measure, and improve our websites and campaigns;
- Show relevant advertising and measure its results;
- Manage our relationships with business partners.
5. How we disclose, sell, and share personal information
Sale to businesses you ask to hear from. When you submit a request, we provide your identifiers, customer records, commercial information, and approximate geolocation to businesses that serve your area and can help with your request, as described on the form you submit. These businesses pay us for this service and may contact you directly. Under several U.S. state privacy laws, this is a "sale" of personal information. You have the right to opt out at any time, as described in Section 8.
Sharing for advertising. We may make internet or electronic network activity and identifiers available to advertising partners, such as social media and search platforms, to show you ads and measure their results. Under California law, this is "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out as described in Section 8.
Disclosure to service providers. We disclose each category of personal information to vendors that provide services to us, such as website hosting, form and lead management, phone and email verification, consent verification, analytics, and communications providers. They may use it only to provide services to us, under written contracts.
Legal and business transfers. We may disclose personal information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
In the past 12 months, we have sold or shared the categories of personal information described above only as stated in this section. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
6. Phone calls, text messages, and emails
If you agree on one of our forms, we and the businesses listed or described on that form may contact you at the number you provided, including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and by text message. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
You may revoke your consent at any time by any reasonable means. For example, reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message, tell us during a call, or email [email protected]. We will honor your request within ten business days. We may send one text message confirming your opt-out. Revoking consent with us does not stop businesses that already received your request from contacting you; please tell them directly as well.
7. Cookies, tracking, and opt-out preference signals
We and our advertising partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies that may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information associated with that browser and, if we can identify you, with you. Our websites do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals, because no common standard for them has been adopted.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on the state where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have collected about you, its sources, purposes, and the categories of recipients;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information we collected from you;
- Obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable format;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising;
- Appeal our decision on your request;
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. To opt out, use the form on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, enable a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, or email [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." We do not require you to create an account or verify your identity to opt out. We will stop selling and sharing your personal information as soon as feasible and no later than 15 business days after your request, and we will notify the businesses to which we sold or shared it in the meantime.
Other requests. To make a request to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, use the same page or email [email protected]. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend this once by up to 45 days and will tell you why.
Verification. For requests to know, access, correct, or delete, we will verify your identity by matching the information you provide, such as your email address and phone number, with the information we hold. We will not ask for more information than necessary.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We may require the agent to provide your signed permission and may ask you to confirm your identity directly with us.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject "Appeal." We will respond within the time required by law, generally 45 days, and explain our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Attorney General of your state.
9. Information for California residents
