Terms of Use
Last updated: October 29, 2026
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. SECTION 13 CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT HOW DISPUTES ARE RESOLVED. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 13.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of anthedongroup.com and any website or form operated by Anthedon LLC ("Anthedon," "we," "us," or "our") that links to these Terms (together, our "websites"). By using our websites or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our websites.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our websites or submit a request.
3. Our role
Anthedon provides marketing and referral services. We help people who request a service connect with independent businesses that may provide it. We do not provide the underlying services ourselves. In particular, we are not a moving company, motor carrier, or household goods broker, and we do not arrange, price, schedule, or perform any move.
The businesses we connect you with are independent third parties. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee them, and we are not responsible for their quotes, services, conduct, or pricing. You are responsible for reviewing any business, including its licenses and registrations, before you hire it.
4. No guarantee of quotes or results
Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will receive a quote, a specific number of quotes, or any particular price, timing, or quality of service.
5. Your information and communications
You agree to provide accurate and current information, to submit only your own contact details, and to use a phone number that you own or are authorized to use. By submitting a request, you agree to be contacted as described on the form and in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent to calls and text messages at any time, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
You agree that we may provide notices and records to you electronically, and that your electronic agreement on our forms has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information, or another person's information;
- Use our websites for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access our websites or submit forms;
- Interfere with the security or operation of our websites;
- Copy, resell, or exploit our websites or content without our written permission.
7. Intellectual property
Our websites and their content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Anthedon and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view them only for your personal, non-commercial use.
8. Third-party websites
Our websites may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
OUR WEBSITES AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTHEDON WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY BUSINESSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO OUR WEBSITES OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Anthedon harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of our websites, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit that is false or belongs to someone else.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and, to the extent not preempted, the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules. Subject to Section 13, any dispute that is not arbitrated will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
13. Arbitration agreement and class action waiver
Agreement to arbitrate. You and Anthedon agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our websites, our services, or any communication you receive from us or on our behalf, including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and similar state laws, through final and binding individual arbitration, except as stated below.
Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration, the party with a claim must send a written notice describing the claim and the relief sought, to [email protected] if the claim is against us. Both parties will try in good faith to resolve the claim within 60 days.
Rules and fees. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at www.adr.org. Fees will be allocated as provided in those rules. The arbitration may be conducted by video, by phone, or based on written submissions.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may also seek relief in court for infringement of intellectual property rights.
Class action waiver. YOU AND ANTHEDON AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.
Right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days after you first accept these Terms by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name, email address, and phone number. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
Severability. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for any claim, that claim must be decided by a court, not in arbitration. If any other part of this Section 13 is found unenforceable, the rest of it remains in effect.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes will not apply to disputes of which we had notice before the change. Your continued use of our websites after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about our websites. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
