1. Who this policy applies to

This policy binds every visitor to our websites and every organization, and each of its users, that works with an Anthedon product or AI feature. Customers answer for their users' compliance. Website disputes fall under our Terms of Use, including Wyoming law and Section 13 arbitration.

2. Illegal, deceptive and harmful conduct

You must not use our websites or products to:

  • violate applicable U.S. federal or state law, or any law that binds you, including U.S. sanctions and laws against money laundering or terrorist financing
  • collect or use personal information without the notice or consent that applicable U.S. federal and state law requires
  • mislead or defraud anyone, or pose as another person or organization, for example by running sham fundraising campaigns or donation pages
  • call, text or email people for marketing in breach of the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act or state law
  • post or share material that is illegal, defamatory, hateful or harassing, or that sexually exploits children or puts them at risk
  • infringe the copyrights, trademarks or other rights of anyone else

3. Protecting our systems

You must not:

  • attempt to reach accounts, data or systems you have no permission to use, or get around sign-in controls, the walls between customer organizations, or usage limits
  • scan, probe or test our systems for weaknesses unless we have agreed in writing; to report a flaw in good faith, follow the steps in our Trust Center
  • upload malware, or disrupt, overload or degrade any of our services
  • access our websites or forms with bots, scrapers or other automated tools, or extract product data beyond your agreement
  • share your sign-in credentials, or resell or sublicense access without our written permission

4. Using AI features

If you use the AI features in our products, you must not use them to:

  • reach decisions with legal or similarly significant consequences for a person unless a human reviews them meaningfully
  • produce deceptive material, such as fake reviews or testimonials, or content that impersonates someone
  • uncover the system's hidden instructions or safety controls, or pull out another customer's data
  • work with data you have no right to use

The AI Policy adds more rules for these features and explains what we commit to in return.

5. How to report misuse

To report a breach of this policy, email [email protected] and tell us what happened, where it happened and when. We handle reports in confidence.

6. Enforcement

If we have reasonable grounds to believe this policy was violated, we may take down content, suspend access to our websites or a product, or terminate an account, as the Terms of Use or the customer's agreement allows. When practical, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We report illegal activity to the authorities when the law requires us to.

7. Updates to this policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. Each revision gets a new version and date at the top and is listed in the history below.
